Mazen is a seasoned investment professional with over 15 years of investment and corporate banking experience. Over the tenor of his professional working experience, Mazen has worked with banks like SAIB, CIBC, EDC (a branch of Government of Canada), and Alrajhi Bank, in addition to, investment firms like Jadwa, BNP Paribas Investment, Pinnacle Wealth, and Khalijia Invest, in the capacity of Asset Manager and Investment Banking Director. Mazen has participated in the execution of over 35 acquisitions with a total value that exceeds USD 2 billion. Mazen is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds an MBA degree in Strategic Management and Community Economic Development from NS, Canada, in addition to his Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Banking from Yarmouk University and Project Management training from Ottawa University, ON.

Abdulrahman Al-Shahrani

A leader and an entrepreneur with experience of 14 years, Abdulrahman has an outstanding track record in banking services, investment arrangements, investment funds, and establishing startups. Abdulrahman has successfully arranged several acquisitions, one of which is the arrangement of the private acquisition of a company in the health sector valued at 100 million Saudi riyals. In addition, He managed the exit process of a REIT fund with a value exceeding 140 million Saudi riyals. Abdulrahman is a holder of two master’s degrees in both, financial management and Business administration, graduated from the University of Tasmania.
Abdullah El-Shibl
Founder partner in Forsa, holds a master’s degree in commercial law and securities, specialized in providing advice related to financial markets and companies. He worked on many IPOs for Tadawul market, and he also worked with many government agencies and agencies to provide advice related to the implementation of many financial solutions to enhance the financial capacity of those entities.

Hadeel Al-Tuwaijri previously worked at SABB Bank in the Operations Department, and she also worked in a financial company licensed by the Capital Market Authority in the Compliance and Anti Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Department. She holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and investment , and professional Certificates (the General securities qualification certificate (CME1) and Compliance & AML/CTF (CME2), from the Capital Market Authority.

Abdullah Al-kharji

Arrangement Officer

Abdullah Al-Kharji is a graduate from King Saud University in Finance major. He has also obtained the General securities qualification certificate (CME1) from the Capital Market Authority and international Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management – (CME-4A), He has a great passion at work, well
trained in financial analysis across various sectors and industries. He has great attention to detail at the micro and macro levels. In addition, Abdullah possesses outstanding skills in business analysis.
